CONCEPT

The Sublimotion concept started in 2012, inside the research workshop of spanish Chef Paco Roncero (2 Michelin stars). In 2014, Sublimotion opens its doors for the first time on the island of Ibiza.

Two years of intense, hard, work along with the cooperation of professionals from different sectors as chefs, designers, engineers, illusionists, set designers, architects, choreographers and screenwriters, achieved the merger of haute cuisine gastronomy and the most breakthrough technology with an unprecedented staging, becoming thus a new stagecraft. This is the first gastronomic show in the world.

Sublimotion has been recognized in the same year of its opening with the award for best innovation FSB at the World Wide Hospitality Awards 2014..


CONCEPT


the CHEF

The Chef, Paco Roncero (2 Michelin stars, 3 Soles Repsol) has worked for years searching for the perfect conditions to enhance the flavor and excitement of all his creations.

Sublimotion is the platform which allows the tasting of the whole creative process of the chef and his team, designed to transport diners to an unknown universe where avant-garde cuisine of chef merge with the most radical and differentiating staging.

the ROOM

350m2 facility, designed expressly to represent the greatest gastronomic show the world. A space designed to intensify the pleasure.

Our main capsule, 70m2 open-space and 7m high, has a sophisticated audiovisual setting.

The table designed for 12 unique guests, represents one of the most important technological developments in the field of gastronomic innovation.

A hidden and restricted entrance.

250m2 private terrace (after dinner) where you can continue your experience once finished the dinner

Sublimotion is an space created to stimulate the 5 senses, a different experiential trip to anything you’ve ever experienced before. A total immersion in the creative process of the Chef and his team, which will transport you to a new and surprising scene. An experience you may only understand when living it in person.

Sublimotion implementation:
